The place

The Guesthouse DOMO ACHENZA is located in Terralba in the province of Oristano, about 20 km from the capital.
The structure was the home of the Achenza’s family, from which it takes its name, who built it around 1935, and after several generations and various activities inside, it was renovated to transform it into a tourist accommodation facility.
Now, after a long and careful restoration of both the interiors and the exteriors, the house comes back to life by welcoming guests from all over the world who have chosen it to spend their stay, both leasure or business, in Sardinia.
The property offers its guests six double bedrooms all with private internal bathroom, one of which is equipped for the reception of the disabled.
All the rooms, with the exception of the one for the disabled, are located on the first floor which is accessed by a beautiful and bright liberty-style staircase.
Each room is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair, TV, air conditioning, soundproof windows, USB socket for charging mobile phones and tablets, shower and hairdryer.
On the ground floor there is the breakfast room where in addition to your breakfasts, you can taste on request our dishes, both typical Sardinian and Italian, which we prepare expressly for you for both lunch or dinner.
The structure is equipped with wi-fi in all rooms.
